Physical: Asia Quest 4, the Battle Rope Relay, is a brutal challenge that requires arm strength, speed, and upper-body endurance. Only the country that wins first place in the Battle Rope Relay will advance directly to the next quest. While the three losing teams will need to battle it out in a 1200kg Pillar Push Death Match to survive.

'Physical: Asia' Quest 3: Team Rep Match Results & Eliminations

Physical: Asia Quest 3,   the Team Rep Match, is a true test of endurance. The third quest consists of a total of four games, and each country elects a team representative for each game to compete against the other countries. The six surviving countries, Korea, Australia, Mongolia, Türkiye , Japan, and the Philippines are split into two groups of three, determined by drawing lots, to compete. The country that comes in last place in each group will be eliminated immediately from the competition without a Death Match.

'Physical: Asia' Quest 2.5: Ball Possession Death Match Results & Eliminations

The losing countries of the previous quest, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines, are given one final chance to stay in the competition. Quest 2.5 is the Ball Possession Death Match where two teams will compete one-on-one to survive. Only the two winning teams will advance to the next quest, while the two losing teams will be permanently eliminated from Physical: Asia .

'Physical: Asia' Quest 2: Shipwreck Transportation Match Team Matchups & Results

The second quest of Physical: Asia is the Shipwreck Transportation Match, a game that tests strength, endurance, speed, and teamwork. In this large-scale mission, two countries go head-to-head with the goal of moving the most goods from the shipwreck across a rugged obstacle course back to their respective camps. The four winning teams will survive and advance to the next quest, while the four losing teams may face elimination from the competition.

'Physical: Asia' Quest 1: Territory Conquest Recap & Final Winner Results

The first quest of Physical: Asia is the Territory Conquest, an intense game that involves shoving, grabbing, and grappling. The contestants from all eight countries, including  Korea, Japan, Thailand, Mongolia, Indonesia, Türkiye, Australia, and the Philippines,  start simultaneously and compete to conquer the territories on top of the sand dune. The country that wins the Territory Conquest gains a significant privilege, which is the right to set up the matchups for the following quest, including their own.
