The two countries that survive Quest 5, the Castle Conquest, will advance to the highly anticipated finals to determine the winner. While the lowest-ranked country will be eliminated immediately. The outcome will depend on how effectively each team utilizes their physical abilities, teamwork, and strategy to complete the quest.

Physical: Asia Quest 4, the Battle Rope Relay, is a brutal challenge that requires arm strength, speed, and upper-body endurance. Only the country that wins first place in the Battle Rope Relay will advance directly to the next quest. While the three losing teams will need to battle it out in a 1200kg Pillar Push Death Match to survive.

Physical: Asia Quest 3,   the Team Rep Match, is a true test of endurance. The third quest consists of a total of four games, and each country elects a team representative for each game to compete against the other countries. The six surviving countries, Korea, Australia, Mongolia, Türkiye , Japan, and the Philippines are split into two groups of three, determined by drawing lots, to compete. The country that comes in last place in each group will be eliminated immediately from the competition without a Death Match.

The losing countries of the previous quest, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines, are given one final chance to stay in the competition. Quest 2.5 is the Ball Possession Death Match where two teams will compete one-on-one to survive. Only the two winning teams will advance to the next quest, while the two losing teams will be permanently eliminated from Physical: Asia .

The second quest of Physical: Asia is the Shipwreck Transportation Match, a game that tests strength, endurance, speed, and teamwork. In this large-scale mission, two countries go head-to-head with the goal of moving the most goods from the shipwreck across a rugged obstacle course back to their respective camps. The four winning teams will survive and advance to the next quest, while the four losing teams may face elimination from the competition.

The first quest of Physical: Asia is the Territory Conquest, an intense game that involves shoving, grabbing, and grappling. The contestants from all eight countries, including  Korea, Japan, Thailand, Mongolia, Indonesia, Türkiye, Australia, and the Philippines,  start simultaneously and compete to conquer the territories on top of the sand dune. The country that wins the Territory Conquest gains a significant privilege, which is the right to set up the matchups for the following quest, including their own.

Physical: Asia , the ultimate clash of nations. This is the third season of Netflix's  Physical: 100 competition reality series and the first season of a global expansion. This time, it is not individuals, but a competition between nations. The 48 elite athletes from eight Asian countries, including South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Mongolia, Indonesia, Türkiye, Australia, and the Philippines, put their flags on the line and compete for national pride. The quests will test their strength and endurance, and push the contestants to their limits. Physical: 100 Season 2 Quest 4, First-Come Roller Race, is an intrateam survival match. This grueling quest where the contestants must race back and forth while pulling a 150kg roller requires speed and cardiorespiratory endurance. Teammates who once worked together will now have to compete against each other in a cruel fight for survival. Only one team member of each team will survive. Who will advance to the Top 4?

Physical: 100 Season 2 Quest 3, The Mine Transportation, is a team delegate match. The remaining teams compete in two groups of three teams, and the lowest ranking team within each group will be eliminated from the competition. Physical: 100 Season 2  Quest 2 is a team match, Five-on-Five Maze Conquest. The second quest requires strength, speed, stamina, and strategy. Two teams of five go head-to-head in a competition to move heavy supplies through a maze with a goal of occupying the most zones. For Physical: 100 Season 2 Quest 1, the signature game from last season, One-on-One Death Match, returns.  The rules remain the same. For 3 minutes, two contestants compete to take possession of a ball. The sole person holding onto the ball after the time limit is up will advance to the next quest. The contestant who loses must smash their own torso and is eliminated. And to make things more exciting, a new arena has been added for Season 2. The death matches unfold across three different arenas: Arena A, a playground filled with obstacles, Arena B, a shallow mud pool, and Arena C, a UFC Octagon fighting cage. The  Physical: 100 Season 2  pre-quest mission is a manual treadmill run, one of speed and endurance. A manual treadmill runs on one's strength alone, so it is much more difficult than running on an ordinary treadmill. All 100 contestants participating in the pre-quest mission will still move on to the next quest. However, the distance covered by each person will decide their ranking from 1 to 100. Physical: 100 Season 2 - Underground ,   an extreme competition reality show returns with its second season. The search for the ultimate physique, the best 'body,' continues among 100 contestants who pride themselves on having the strongest physicality. The spirit of not giving up, the tenacity to overcome limitations, and the art of respect for others are expected to continue to impress in Season 2. In addition, more diverse and upgraded quests will unfold in an underground mine worldview where boundaries between sacrifice and desire, cooperation and competition are blurred, leading to heightened tension. Who will show the strongest desire to survive till the end to be crowned the ultimate physique?

The theme for Quest 4 is ancient mythology and consists of five events: Atlas, Prometheus, Icarus, Sisyphus, and Ouroboros. It is a team delegate match where each team needs to send one member to compete in each event. Among the four contestants participating, only one survives while the rest are eliminated. Out of the 20 contestants remaining, only 5 can advance to the final quest.

Two teams of five join forces in an alliance for Quest 3 where the mission is to drag a 1.5-ton ship. Muscle strength is the most important element in this quest. How long it takes to move the ship to the dock will be timed, and the team with the worst record will be eliminated from the competition.

The 25 contestants who were eliminated in Quest 2 have been given one last chance to survive. The mission is simple: Hold onto the rope connected to their torso and last till the end to survive. The moment they let go, their torso will fall, smash, and be eliminated from the competition.
