Female Cast Members:
Seulki has not dated in a long time, and decided to come on the show to meet new people. People around her say she seems cold and snobbish like a princess at first, but is actually quite easygoing and surprisingly fun once you get to know her. What makes her attractive are her round eyes, as guys have told her before that she has stars in her eyes. "I like nice guys," she said. "I want someone who's considerate and has a friendly personality."
Sejeong said, "The person I want to meet on the show is someone as hot as I am." She thinks what makes her attractive are her eyes, sexy body, and her playfulness. She stays in shape by working out, doing weight training, and playing tennis. "They have to be my type first for me to have feelings," she said. Her ideal type is someone who has monolid eyes, a pretty smile, and can take care of her. "If I go after a guy, I rarely fail at getting him."
Soe has a calm personality and is quite honest, but can be clumsy sometimes. She enjoys dancing, which helps her relieve stress, and stay in shape. "My ideal type is someone who is generous and reliable. I think I'm into guys who are tall and have strong features," she said. What makes her attractive is that she laughs a lot, a good listener, and quite popular. "Even if the person doesn't like you, if you approach it with the mindset of, 'We'll see how long it takes for you to like me,' I think it will work," she said.
Nadine has a cold and honest personality. She decided to come on the show to make some new special memories and to step outside of her comfort zone. But also because she wanted to date. She enjoys the outdoors, likes to play soccer, and lacrosse. She is confident in her unique and natural face, and her waistline. "I'm on the taller side, so my ideal guy would be tall," she said. "If I'm really into the person... I think I'll go all in. Show my charms and appeal."
Seoeun's biggest strength is her naturalness. "No matter who I talk to, I'm able to create a relaxed vibe," she said. Her hobby is paddleboarding where she can meditate, and likes how it helps put her mind at peace. She is on the athletic side and can be competitive, so there is a winning chance if she were to compete. When there is a guy she likes, she tends to get very cutesy and affectionate. "On Single's Inferno, I want to be in a happy relationship with someone who can make me happy by just looking at his face," she said.
Minsu's personality is "like an iron fist in a velvet glove." People see her as someone with a soft personality who laughs a lot. But if there is something she wants to do or feels like she should do, "I deal with those things head-on," she said. As she does have a specific type, if she meets someone like that, she will put the blinders on and go all in. Since there won't be many chances as a latecomer, she wants to quickly find someone whom she likes, and go straight towards that one person.
Male Cast Members:
Jongwoo has never dated anyone who he seriously liked or was certain about, so he came here to find that person. When he went to get his fortune read, the monk told him he might meet someone on the show whom he could end up marrying. As a former soccer player, he is very competitive and quite confident about his strength. "I usually go for women with pretty eyes," he said. "If I meet someone who's my type on Single's Inferno, I think I'll express myself a lot, even if it's nerve-racking, and try my best so that she'll like me."
Many people think Yoongjae is an athlete upon first look because of his big build. Being fit is very important to him so he regularly does CrossFit and goes hiking. He personally thinks he is quite popular with women, and was known around college campus for his broad shoulders. "Something important that attracts me to a woman is wisdom," he said. He is hoping to meet someone on the show who he can be with long-term, and not just for the summer.
Hanbin's personality can be summed up in one word, "Positive." He enjoys climbing, as it is a great workout, and helps give him an immediate sense of achievement. "I like people with intense eyes. People who don't avoid eye contact," he said. As it is rare to meet someone like that, he usually falls head over heels once he does. And is the type of guy who would keep her entertained and make her happy. "I want to meet someone who's also positive and create a sort of combined positive energy with her."
Dongwoo's friends tell him, "You really live life to the fullest." He lifts weights daily, likes to play basketball, and is confident in his physical ability. "I think there are people whom I meet for the first time and sparks fly," he said. "I have a bit of a calm personality, so I think I prefer someone who's very energetic and healthy." As this show is a place where they can compete with only their looks and charm, and not occupation or age, he is curious to see how much he can appeal to others with his charm.
Jinyoung is shy at first, but is fun to be around once he warms up to people. He enjoys going out for a ride on his motorcycle, and works out five times a week. Since he does intense workouts regularly, he is confident about not falling behind others when it comes to athletic performance. "When I see a woman, it takes only 3 seconds to feel a spark," he said. So he hopes to feel that spark with someone special while on the show.
Sejun's attractive features are his kindness, and ability to make others feel comfortable. And thinks he is cute in his own way. He plays tennis a lot as a hobby, so his skills are not bad. "I'd like to meet a woman who is kind and has a bubbly personality," he said. "I tend to open up quickly to people like that." Since he is joining the show late, if there is a woman he likes, he will go out of his way to win her over regardless of the circumstances.
