'Physical: 100' Pre-Quest: Hang From a Structure #1-100 Ranking

On Physical: 100, five quests have been prepared to find the most perfect physique among the 100 contestants who have been invited. The one who lasts till the end will win a 300 million won prize! Before the first quest, there is a pre-quest mission the contestants must go through. The rule is very simple: Hang from a structure with the power of both arms as long as possible. The one who lasts the longest will receive a powerful benefit that will give them an advantage in their survival.

PHYSICAL: 100 PRE-QUEST

The contestants are divided into two groups for the pre-quest according to the numbers they are standing on. Regardless of the group, the final ranking is determined from 1st to 100th based on individual time endured.

QUEST 0 WINNER: KIM MIN CHEOL

The contestant who came in first is Kim Min Cheol with a time of 18 minutes and 15 seconds. Kim Min Cheol is currently working with the Bukhansan Special Mountain Rescue Team, and is also on the National Ice-climbing Team. During a rescue mission, he must climb mountains carrying a backpack that weighs about 10-15 kilograms, so he is strong with a great sense of balance. "My muscles... weren't created in a gym," he said. "They were made in everyday life while saving people. I'll show you a physique greater than anyone's."

As the #1 rank, Kim Min Cheol is given the privilege to select his opponent for Quest 1 first. Only 50% of the contestants will survive the 1 vs 1 death match. To everyone's surprise, he chooses to go against #15 rank Kim Ji Wook (National Team Diver), instead of someone in the bottom tier.
