'Physical: 100' Quest 2: Moving Sand Winning Teams

50 contestants survived the first quest to advance on Physical: 100. Quest 2 is a team match where they will compete in teams of five, and losing teams will be eliminated!

After the team leaders were elected, the remaining contestants then choose who they want to team up with. If more than 4 choose one leader, that leader can only select 4 as teammates. The rest are dropped. Priority to choose is given to leaders, from first place down. As the 10th place team leader, the only female leader Jang Eun Sil is left with no choice. Her team is automatically completed with the contestants not chosen.

Next, the matchups are determined. Once again, the priority to choose their opponent is given to the team leaders, from first place down. Team Leader Nam Kyung Jin chooses fellow wrestler Jang Eun Sil's team, as they are viewed as the "weakest team."

QUEST 2: MOVING SAND

The team quest is 'Moving Sand,' and the key is overall strength and sense of balance. The mission is to complete building the bridge, cross the bridge, and transport sand into the sandbox. They must travel on the bridges, and cannot exchange sandbags to or from each other while on the bridge. The team who transports more sand within the 12 minutes time limit, wins!

Never underestimate your opponents. The underdogs Team Jang Eun Sil defeated Team Nam Kyung Jin! A big shoutout to Seo Ha Yan (CrossFitter) who believed in Team Leader Jang Eun Sil from the very start. She was the only contestant who lined up to join her team and helped give her confidence. They did their best, never gave up, and got the win in the end! 😘

And Team Jo Jin Hyeong recognized their MVP Kim Da Young. As a stuntwoman, she knew to put safety first and foremost. She meticulously and quickly built the most stable bridge, which was key to their astounding victory. No repairs needed. Bravo! 👏
