Physical: 100 Season 2  Quest 2 is a team match, Five-on-Five Maze Conquest. The second quest requires strength, speed, stamina, and strategy. Two teams of five go head-to-head in a competition to move heavy supplies through a maze with a goal of occupying the most zones. For Physical: 100 Season 2 Quest 1, the signature game from last season, One-on-One Death Match, returns.  The rules remain the same. For 3 minutes, two contestants compete to take possession of a ball. The sole person holding onto the ball after the time limit is up will advance to the next quest. The contestant who loses must smash their own torso and is eliminated. And to make things more exciting, a new arena has been added for Season 2. The death matches unfold across three different arenas: Arena A, a playground filled with obstacles, Arena B, a shallow mud pool, and Arena C, a UFC Octagon fighting cage.
