D-2 until the final choice. Who will be eliminated? A money catcher or a love catcher? And a relationship that falls further into a labyrinth...!
Final Choice D-2
Morning of the 5th day at the 'Love Mansion.' Last night's cruel memories weighing down on Haneul, who wakes up with puffy eyes.
While preparing for the day, the women chat in the makeup room. Haneul asks Dana if there is anyone who she thinks is okay. After some hesitation, she says she had fun with Jungwoo oppa on the first day. "It's fun and we get along." Then mentions how Wonjae is fun and okay too and does not feel so young. When he calls her 'noona,' she kinda likes the way it sounds. Ooh... while Yeomin quietly listens...
Yeomin & Wonjae Talk
For Yeomin, it felt a bit complicated. Not having a chance to interact with Wonjae in the past few days, she wants to have a deeper convo to know what he is thinking...
After seeing the full disclosure of interest votes last night, Yeomin pulls Wonjae aside to have a talk. She gets straight to the point asking him about his vote. Was it the same or have there been some changes? He says, "But I think noona knows?" She admits it, which is why she is a bit concerned. She asks, "Did you not care [about me]? Is [interest] already over?"
The reason for the change is that he kept choosing her, but she chose Jungwoo for the night date. He thought, 'Does it make sense for me to keep choosing you?' and worried... She tries to explain. If you keep going with the same person from the start, others who have interest in him may not be able to approach. And vice versa. She says, "That's why I hid [my interest] a little bit." But sees how he would have misunderstood from his point of view. Telling him how she has not once changed her vote. But after (not getting chosen) today, she knows she had messed up...
During the interview, Yeomin says, "But... There is hope!" Well, the person that Wonjae voted for did not vote for him. Thinking positively. *chuckle* "I have to get him back somehow..."
Complex Feelings at the Love Mansion
People start gathering in the dining room. Haneul averts eye contact upon seeing Soowon. A strange atmosphere between the two. He keeps stealing glances wanting to talk to her...
Meanwhile, our girl Jimin is alone in the room. One hour ago, she told the girls, "I will decide today and go straight until the final choice." To Jimin oppa? So cool~ Go for it!!!
She mustered up courage and runs over to the guys room. Only Jungwoo is there, the others are still washing up. She retreats for now... A bit later, she tries again asking Jungwoo to help call over Jimin oppa for her. The panel and viewers are all cheering for you~
The two Jimins finally meet. She boldly asks, "Do you want to go play with me today?" Wow! Please say yes! His expression is a bit... hmm... In the end, he says, "Okay." A promise, they seal it with a thumb stamp! Oh yeah~
Returning to the room, Jimin tells the guys the women are making date requests. Mistaking it for a challenge...
Jimin Confides in Haneul
Since the weather is nice, they enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the lawn. Though the mood is a bit tense. Guy Jimin sighs loudly for all to hear, then asks Haneul to go to the 1st floor. Alone time for the two again. Girl Jimin and Soowon look a bit worried wondering what they have to talk about...
Jimin tells Haneul about the date request. She wonders why he is feeling uneasy when it is a good thing. He honestly reveals there is a person who he wants to get to know. Going to say to himself, 'There is nothing you can do,' if you express it and get rejected. But now... Haneul guesses it is someone who has not even thought of oppa. Anyway, complicated feelings... As he says, time is limited... The panel sympathizes, it is hard...
Jimin asks, "Isn't there anyone you would like to get to know again?" She responds, "Hmm... I don't know." Since there is not much time left, he thinks it would be better to sort things out neatly. "I don't know, it's still complicated," she says. He teases, "You don't change huh... You really can't approach anyone first?" She responds, "No, I can't..."

A message pops up on the TV monitor in the girls room: The man prepares for a date today. If you receive an invitation, please go to the date location.
At the same time, the men see blank invitations on their bed. A message also shows up on the TV monitor: Personally invite her to your own space. Write your name and date location on the invitation and please deliver it directly to her.
The man delivers an invitation with a date location to the woman who he wants to invite. The woman cannot refuse a man's invitation.
Jungwoo, Wonjae, and Jaehyung write away, while Soowon and Jimin are troubled over who to invite out on a date...
Jimin's Date Invitation

Jimin asks what his answer was when asked about age difference during the pre-interview. How much younger he said was okay. He does not recall getting such a question though. For her, she was asked what if someone over 30 comes out. "If there is a '3' in front..." she said, "I would feel really burdened." But as she kept watching Jimin oppa at the house, she likes it despite the age difference. Oooh!
Seems like he really did not know her feelings all along and had no idea she would ask him out on a date. She reveals she said Jimin oppa from the start. From casting interest votes to who her first impression person was. There was no 1st or 2nd place either, she just wanted to express her crush on him. Guy Jimin misunderstood and thought she had never voted for him. That there was no meaning to being 2nd. Feels like a fool now...
Jimin says in her interview, it was always me (vote) when I opened his locker. But he seems to think the heart coin is from one of the unnies. "It's upsetting and frustrating..." she says.

Soowon's Date Invitation

Soowon picked a cafe as his date location. In his early 20s while going to college, he worked at a cafe for a long time. Plus, a cafe is also a comfortable place to share a conversation.
Dana walks in, he welcomes her with a smile. She joins him behind the counter as he makes her a cup of latte. Not bad, he can even make basic latte art. A heart! But his hand started to tremble while adding the caramel. Must be super nervous... haha...
They sit down to talk. He asks if she knew he would choose her, but she did not even think of it. "Me... Really?" Quite surprised about the date invite. He wonders how she did not expect it after opening the locker yesterday. 4 in total, full of heart coins! From the 2nd day she arrived until now, they have not had a chance to talk yet. And he would like to get to know her. Dana thanks him for choosing her, but her expression looks complex...
The panel agrees on how the two do not look comfortable at all as they make small talk. The convo is awkward, cuts off, and does not seem to flow well...
He asks, "Is there anything you're curious about?" since she seems to be not asking him any questions. Struggling... she finally asks, "How is your life [at the Love Mansion] these days?" Because of the emotional exhaustion to a certain extent, he says, "I feel like I'm losing weight as time goes by." Hmm...
Dana reveals in the interview how Haneul and Soowon felt somewhat like an 'official couple.' Haneul did confide in her last night about oppa choosing another person. Dana felt sorry and a bit uncomfortable...
Dana is putting up a huge wall. Back at the cafe, Soowon says, "It's awkward..."
Unchosen Haneul & Yeomin
Meanwhile, Haneul and Yeomin, the beautiful ladies who were sadly not invited on a date go hang out at the infinity pool rooftop bar. A breath of fresh air with the amazing view. They are on the rooftop, and there is a pool, there is Bukhan Mountain... Cutely comforting themselves about not being out on a date, but no man... *chuckles* Upset...
After the sun sets, a sense of heavy darkness... Yeomin reveals, "If I'm single this winter, it's my 5th year." A 5th solo winter, solo Christmas. Haneul honestly reveals she had not been in a lot of relationships. But despite that, in her early 20s, she had a lot of experiences and had someone who she really liked. Yeomin says, "Me too... I'm getting more cautious, so... Even if I try to date, I can't... I don't want to get hurt again..."
In the pre-interview, Yeomin reveals, "I got hurt a lot." From rude remarks and bad treatment by past boyfriends. To have broken up like that with someone who she once really liked. To a guy she really liked, she put in effort to continue liking him because he was her boyfriend. "I thought, 'Did I do something wrong?'... I've thought this way many times and I blame myself," she says.
Haneul has also received a lot of hurt from a previous relationship. In her pre-interview, she says, "No matter who I meet, I think, 'Don't be like back then'... 'Don't give too much.' I think I'm brainwashing myself."
She brings up her first love. A person who she liked very much but got hurt from. Now unable to fall in love again after him. She thinks of him as a pure and cheerful person... But when he drinks, he becomes violent, the jealousy and obsession is intense. It was not until they broke up did she find out what he was doing behind her back while dating.
"So no matter who I meet, I don't have that much emotion," she says. No longer willing to put in the time or money into a relationship anymore. Thinking of the past... *tears*
