Change Days: Season 2 Episode 13 Recap - No Secrets
In the middle of the guys and girls night out, a new KakaoTalk message arrives announcing a '48-Hour Secret Change Date!' After rushing back to the house, the ladies are shocked by an unexpected room change... Conflicts big and small arise as a result! And amidst the frenzy, a secret change date takes place...

5 Days Until Final Selection
Over the guys dinner, Hyogi once again complains about how much he sacrifices for Yunseul who takes him for granted. Taewan with no filter says he is partially at fault for catering to her too much. "You're just a helper," he says. Hearing this, Hyogi's pride is hurt...
Then suddenly a KakaoTalk notification... One new message: '48-Hour Secret Change Date!' For the next 48 hours, they are allowed to date freely without any restrictions. However, they cannot talk about their secret dates with their partner. Both parties abruptly wrap up dinner to return home after the news.
Room Change Chaos
Back at the Change House, a 'Room Change' awaits... Now at the halfway mark, they will be given time to focus on their own feelings. For the rest of the trip, the couples will be staying in separate rooms. The women react strongly feeling like it is a breakup already. While the men do not seem to think it is a big deal.
Huihyeon burst into tears not liking the situation... Then Jiyu starts crying when all Dohyeong cared about was not getting the master bedroom anymore... And surprisingly Hyeyeon starts crying too not wanting to be apart... Taewan tries to comfort and assure her that it might be a good thing. Perhaps they will miss each other more, and will treat each other better.
At the same time, Hyogi looks pissed off, ignores Yunseul, and angrily starts packing up right away. Triggered by the "helper" comment earlier, he is now taking out his anger on her... She tries to calmly talk and find out what exactly happened, but he says hurtful words and blames her when she did nothing wrong... What the...?!
And when she tries to pull Taewan aside to ask about what happened, Hyogi claps, making a scene, and accuses her of being interested in him. Like a man child, he says, "Don't ever talk to me again." And proceeds to rudely order Taewan to immediately move out of his room, but Taewan pushes back. As others are still packing up, he needs to be more reasonable.
Later, Dohyeong goes to check on Taewan, who stepped outside. Seeing a chance, Hyeyeon wastes no time and asks him out on a secret date tomorrow. And of course, he says yes!
Trying to make peace, the guys click glasses to have a drink. Hyogi apologizes to Taewan for crossing the line earlier. Yet, no apology to his own girlfriend for taking it out on her...
A tumultuous and emotional night finally draws to a close... Perhaps the room change can be beneficial allowing them some alone time to help organize their thoughts.

A new day begins... Two people are dressed and ready to sneak out for a secret date...
Hyeyeon & Dohyeong Secret Change Date
The yacht couple are happily out on another date together. Both excited, enjoying a delicious BBQ lunch, and eating a lot. And he helps her with separating the pickled perilla leaves~ The perilla leaf issue is currently a hot debate! Is it okay for a significant other to help?
The two spend the afternoon chatting at a cafe sharing a blanket. They keep repeating how it feels so comfortable. After getting the secret date message, it was a no brainer for her to ask him out. He is happy she did, and says he would have asked her out too.
She asks him if he has ever found her or the other women attractive for something Jiyu does not have. Of course, he has, confirming he enjoys talking and spending time with her. And he asks if any of the guys here has made her heart flutter. She does not answer or maybe it was edited out, and asks him the same thing. He admits there is, but keeps who a secret...
At the Change House
Everyone is still at the house except for the two missing. Too obvious! Looks like nobody else is planning to go on a date today... Jiyu is curious as to who asked whom out first, guessing it was probably Hyeyeon. While Taewan seems to not care anymore.
Huihyeon clings to Jeonghun all day, selfishly not allowing him a chance to go on a date. And although it is not her room anymore, she sticks to him in bed for a nap. Taewan walks into his room wanting to rest too, but... so awkward... Not caring, he just gets into bed. Haha...
Evening arrives, the group gathers for dinner while the two are still not back yet... It looks like Hyogi and Yunseul are still not on speaking terms, and not even sitting next to each other...
After a day to recharge, Taewan is ready to spend the entire day out tomorrow and not come home. Later, when alone with Jiyu, he asks her out on a date!
Hyeyeon & Dohyeong Secret Change Date
Literally an all-day date, they are now having dinner and drinking wine. Enjoying each other's company, the day flew by. Both not wanting to go home...
Since this is their 4th date but possibly last, they want to ask one question each. He asks her if he has ever made her heart flutter... And she says, yes! Looking quite pleased, he leaves it at that and will not ask for further details.
After some thought, she is curious and asks who the person he is romantically attracted to is. Although he said it was a secret, she wants to know. Fully expectant to hear it is her, he says it is Huihyeon! OMG, her face drops in disappointment! She looks so confused...
They finish the wine and wrap up the date. He says it was fun, while she is not looking happy trying to avoid all eye contact with him... Wow, he led her on all day with all these heart flutter questions just to friendzone her in the end... Ouch~
Secret Date Aftermath
It is getting so late that they are wondering if the two will even come home tonight. When the others step away, Hyogi finds a chance to ask Jiyu out on a date tomorrow... Oh no...
The secret date couple finally returns at 10PM. Dohyeong walks in happily singing. Huihyeon gives him a heads up telling him not to sing. Is he really this clueless?!
Meanwhile, Taewan playfully sulks about her coming home so late when everything closes at 9PM. Hyeyeon laughs saying she does not know, since they are not allowed to talk about the secret dates. And he tells her it does not matter as long as she had fun.
Jiyu & Dohyeong
After being out for 12 hours, he tries to pacify Jiyu by showing affection. When he tries to hug her, she pushes him away. Already feeling down about him being out on a date all day, she is not accepting his affection without talking first. Having a hard time, she tears up...
Trying to convey what she feels, she tells him how hard it is for her to look at Hyeyeon. Since she cannot help but compare, and feeling like Hyeyeon has what she lacks. The maturity and communication he wants, so it hurts more to see him out on a date with her. In an honest but untimely confession, he says it was Huihyeon who made his heart flutter, not Hyeyeon! All he had to do was reassure her, but stupidly mentions another woman...
He gets frustrated and defensive with her, arguing how she keeps bringing up the same topic accusing him of being romantically interested in Hyeyeon. She repeatedly tells him she got it, and is simply stating how she felt. "If you react like this, how am I supposed to communicate my worries?" she says. "Should I just not say it? Should I keep quiet?" For once she is finally standing up to him!
Unwilling to accept he made a mistake with his words, he sighs, rolls his eyes... and in a very annoyed manner says "Fine!" before giving her a fake apology... But this time, she refuses to accept his insincere apology. Asking "If I apologized to you like that, would you like it? Have I ever apologized to you that way?"
4 days until final selection...
On the next episode of Change Days 2, Yunseul boldly kicks Hyogi out of the room when he continues to berate and blame her. Not taking anymore of his crap behavior! "I won't choose to stay with Hyogi," she says while on a secret date with Taewan...
